Visit www.KAFE.com, register for UPICKEM, and submit a photo of you and your mom between midnight on April 25th, 2016 through 11:59pm on May 4th, 2016.  All entries must include at least one mother and daughter/son.  One entry per person. Multiple entries by an individual may disqualify all entries by that individual. At approximately 8:15am on May 5th, 2016, one winner will be randomly drawn by KAFE staff and announced at 8:45am on KAFE to win a HUGE prize package, with a total retail value of $1,276.77. Winner will be notified by telephone at approximately 8:40am and announced on KAFE 104.1 at approximately 8:45am on May 5, 2016.

Entries containing inappropriate photos or music will be disqualified. Any photograph submitted to KAFE will become the property of KAFE and may be used in any manner it feels appropriate in the future. KAFE has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website. No use of indecent or obscene material, no content or material that is illegal, contains nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene, profane or pornographic is permitted. By entering this contest you are verifying that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third party ownership rights exist to the photo submitted.

Winners will be chosen in the sole discretion of KAFE. You may only qualify one time. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

No purchase necessary. KAFE’s Sole responsibility will be to award the prize. KAFE will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winners will be responsible for all federal and state taxes, and any fees and incidentals. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

To submit an entry, you must register and agree to terms for UPICKEM through www.KAFE.com and provide all applicable contact information during the registration process.

KAFE contests are open to all eligible Washington state residents, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KAFE in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KAFE, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KAFE main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
